Get help with Altitude.

Tell us enough to find the problem without a second email:

• The name of your organization in Altitude.
• What you were doing, and what happened instead.
• When it happened: the date, the time and your time zone.
• A screenshot, if you have one.

Never send a password. We will never ask for one.

An admin of your Altitude organization connects Slack:

1. In Altitude’s settings, open Channels.
2. Choose Connect beside Slack.
3. Pick your Slack workspace and allow Altitude’s access.

If your Slack workspace requires approval for new apps, a Slack admin approves Altitude first. Then mention Altitude in a channel and it replies in the thread. To remove it, an admin chooses Disconnect on the same Channels page.

A Microsoft 365 admin installs Altitude for Teams, and for Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook:

1. Approve Altitude for your organization, signed in as an admin.
2. Download the app package from Altitude’s settings. Teams has its own package; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook share one.
3. For Teams, upload the package in the Teams admin center under Manage apps, then allow it for the people who should have it.
4. For Office, upload the package in the Microsoft 365 admin center under Integrated apps, then assign it to everyone or to a group.

Office can take up to a day to show Altitude after the upload. Then choose Altitude on the Home tab in Excel, Word or PowerPoint, or open an email in Outlook and choose Altitude.
